In order to build a learning and innovative enterprise, improve employees' practical skills, cultivate and establish enterprise benchmarks, and enhance employees' sense of professional belonging and centripetal force, the company conducted a series of job skills competitions from July to August 2019. The company's senior leadership attached great importance to it, relevant departments carefully organized it, and employees actively participated, with more than 700 participants.
In this hot season, the quality control department, finished product warehouse, information department and other organizational departments have made sufficient arrangements and deployments for the event, which is carried out in an orderly manner, and the enthusiasm of the participants is high. In order to achieve good results in competitions, many people work overtime, summarize and communicate, and improve in their spare time. Especially in the key job skills competition on the production front line, the quality control teams, workshops, and sections of each factory went deep into the actual situation and on-site, carefully and meticulously arranged the site, and conducted multi site, multi session, and multi position job skills competitions. Through layer by layer competition, level by level assessment, and summary and evaluation, the benchmark was established, and the participating employees recognized their work shortcomings/gaps, knew the direction of their efforts, further improved their autonomy and enthusiasm for learning technology, and created a strong atmosphere of "comparison, learning, catching up, helping, and surpassing".

The company's 2019 job skills competition has come to an end, but this is just the beginning. Through the activity, employees have further clarified their future work ideas, goals, priorities, and methods, accelerated the pace of researching job skills, and promoted the company's professionalization, professionalization, and standardization of work processes.
