How Are Small Toasted Bread Crackers Made?

 

1.Raw material mixing

Select high-quality wheat flour, add yeast, sugar, salt and other additives, and knead them into smooth dough using a blender.

2.Pressing and Forming

The dough is pressed 10-12 times by an automatic noodle press to increase its density, and then cut into a uniform embryo by a molding machine.

3.Steaming and cooling

4.Slicing and baking
